Taking part in any exercise or athletic program reduces the risk of obesity, heart disease, and diabetes in adulthood. Participation in gymnastics helps meet the exercise recommendations set by the American Heart Association of 60 minutes per day for children.

Summer Camps
June 5-8: Tumbling, Dance Acro, & Boys/Girls Developmental
June 19-22: Team Camp Level 3 & Up, Developmental Team Level 1-3
July 17-20: Cheer Tumbling, Dance Acro
July 24-27: Competition Team Level 3 & Up
Aug 7-10: Boys/Girls Developmental
All camps are Monday-Thursday 12-3pm and cost $165. Camp fees are due May 15, 2023.
